Product Availability & Pricing
All of our charges are in British pounds (GBP).
If you're interested in a piece of jewellery that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item.
Infrequently, data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. Sales & Price Reductions
At CE Jewels, we always offer the best value by providing the lowest possible price. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all of our prices are final.

International Shipments
Purchases made through our Web site may be shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom, United States of America, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

Value Added Tax (VAT)
Value added tax (VAT) will be applied for all orders placed on the UK Web site. The VAT amount is calculated based on the shipping destination of your order. Please note that this charge will appear in the shopping bag after you have entered a shipping destination. For the rates that will be applied, please see the VAT glossary.
The VAT Retail Export Scheme allows the VAT amount to be reimbursed to customers when they purchase goods in the EU and then export them outside the EU. However, orders from CE Jewels are ineligible for the VAT Retail Export Scheme because CE Jewels is an internet-based mail-order company and is ineligible to participate.

Payment Methods
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
Credit cards: Use your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card.
Bank Wire Transfer: Arrange payment through your bank and receive a 2% discount. Bank wire payments are accepted on all orders.

Shipments Are Insured
We fully insure each order. That means that your order shipment is always risk-free. For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery of your CE Jewels orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.
Alternate Shipping
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card

Order Cancellation & Return Policy
CE Jewels offers customers 28-days from the day their order is shipped to cancel or return their order. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, call a member of our customer care team on + 44(0) 207 373 1849 for a return authorisation code and instructions.

Returns Policy
Note that once your item has shipped, your order cancellation will take effect after a) it is returned to CE Jewels customer care address, for all returns and b) our Quality Control Department inspects your jewellery purchase and confirms that it is in it’s original condition. Online Catalogue
At CE Jewels we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, colour and size may vary slightly.

Diamond Policy
We only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.
